We felt it was important to lead our latest newsletter with our monthly Public Service Announcement considering the recent tragedy that happened in Corolla last week.  We urge all our clients that have an elevator to please have them re-inspected to make sure they exceed all safety measures.  The cost usually runs around $350

FYI:  This news will make you sad and happy.  We are very sad we are losing one of our “Best of the Beach” businesses on the OBX.  Barrier Island Bagels located in the Southern Shores Marketplace is closing.  I’m sure you have stopped here many times on your OBX trips.  We will miss them dearly; it’s been our go to breakfast place for when the crowd is in town. The happy news, Marshalls is looking to locate in the marketplace.  It would be wonderful to have a Marshalls on the OBX.
