Would you love to purchase an OBX home

or sell the home you have?

Nothing Compares to our commitment and persistence.

In today’s fast-paced market, it’s more important than ever to align yourself with an agent and a brokerage that offers in-depth local knowledge and unwavering commitment and persistence.  We live our core values daily and we thank you for being an integral part of our success.  Please call us if you would like to list your home or are in the market for a new purchase.

Shopping for a house?

This one is not for sale but is the most Historic home on the OBX with an interesting history and definitely worth a visit to the property.

The Historic Whalehead Club sits on a 39 acre soundfront parcel in Corolla, the same property you will find the Corolla Lighthouse.  Built in the 1920’s, this was the dream home of a wealthy industrialist and his wife. The Art Nouveau manse hummed - thanks to the couple’s reveling guest and and the house’s electric power, which wouldn’t reach the rest of the island for 40 more year.  See Bryan Mims with Our State’s magazines article on one of North Carolina’s most interesting homes. Check out this site

If you see us around town pushing a stroller or loving on an adorable little baby girl, it's because we just became first time grandparents! This little pumpkin has us over the moon with love & joy. We must watch her daily video's 100 times a day Every yawn, sneeze, and stretch has become the center of our conversations :)

Welcome to Ada Carolina Shiftan! And, thanks to Alexandra Argiroff & Nick Shiftan for the first installment of our greatest show on earth.

All Time Favorite Restaurants!

Hurricane Mo’s - all around this is a great restaurant for lunch & dinner but their happy hours are the best on the beach (shrimp, tacos & wings)  Great location just a lot off the beach with an ocean view deck bar with live music.  While there, don’t forget to try Mo’s homemade desserts and she crab soup (best on the beach). Check out their menu

Two Roads Tavern - hands down the best burgers on the beach and just a fun place to go!  Sports day – you’ll find 20 TV’s with every game on.  If you are a Specialty drink fan, there is no better place to go.  Check out their menu

Bringing your furry best friend on vacation this year?

There are plenty of places you can take your dog throughout the OBX, including beaches and some dog parks that will give your pet a chance to run around and make new friends.

Nags Head Dog Park – Park has two fenced in areas, one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs. You’ll find a shaded area & water station.

Kill Devil Hills Dog Park – Known as Paws park – located right across from the First Flight High School.  Playing areas include a ramp, stairs, jumping hoops and weaving sticks.

Kitty Hawk Dog Park:  fenced in areas, playground, restrooms and walking trail

Are Dogs Allowed on the Beach in the OBX?

Duck:  your dog can visit the beach unleashed, but owners must be nearby.  Check with your Homeowners association as they may have additional restrictions

Southern Shores: dogs can go to the beach before 9:00am and after 6:00pm from May 15 – Sept 15, but must be on a leash no longer than 10’.

Kitty Hawk:  Dogs that visit the beach must display a current rabies tag and be on a leash of 12 feet or less, or have a handler nearby who is within 30 feet and has a leash (as long as the dog does not disturb anyone).  Hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm from the Friday before Memorial Day until the day after Labor Day.

Kill Devil Hills:  Leashed dogs can visit the public beach unless it’s between 9:00am and 6pm between memorial day and labor day.

Nags Head:  Dogs can visit the beach year-round as long as their leash does not exceed 10’.
