HAPPY MARCH!

Or should we say, “Happy Basketball Month”. How can you not love the month of March. Girl scout cookies are here, March Madness has begun, we have St. Paddy’s Day and it’s the beginning of SPRING! We also get to welcome back our homeowners who have not had a chance to visit over the winter. And a welcome back to our vacationers who make living here possible! Hope to see you on the OBX, we have a lot of fun things going on this month.

2023 REAL ESTATE PREDICTIONS

The OBX market continues to be doing well. Currently our MLS has 423 homes under contract, with new inventory hitting the market every day. Lenders are being creative to get you the best rates available for now and don’t forget you can always re-fi in the next year or so. Remember you are not married to your rate!

This month I wanted to give you an overview of what is going on in general throughout the country. Corporate headquarters at Keller Williams just came out with a report to show us how we are doing and their predications for the 2023 real estate market.

ANNUAL CHOWDER COOKOFF

The Annual Chowder Cookoff is at the Brewing Station in Kill Devil Hills from 11;00am to 2:00pm on Saturday, March 25th. It is featuring over a dozen restaurants.
