Sessions are available via phone call, online video, and local in-person (location to be determined).

What is the discovery call?

We will schedule an initial free discovery call to explore what your needs are, where you are in your journey, what you are hoping to accomplish in working with a trauma recovery coach, and how you would like to meet.

What are your credentials?

I am a certified trauma recovery coach, certified professional life coach, and certified christian life coach. I coach people of all religious and spiritual backgrounds. Please see my qualifications below.
